1. Who we are
This website is operated by O’Snacks, 22 The Springs, Wakefield WF1 1QA (“we”, “us”). You can reach us on 01924 372288 or 07467 080 078. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once we confirm it and begin preparing your food. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our area, or the kitchen is closed — and will refund anything already paid in that case.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We try to keep prices and the menu accurate, but they may change. Payment is taken by card online, or in cash on collection or delivery.
4. Collection & delivery
Delivery is available to selected Wakefield postcodes and may be subject to a minimum order and a delivery fee, both shown at checkout. Estimated times are guidance, not guarantees.
5. Allergies & food information
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, sesame, eggs and seafood, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please call us before ordering.
6. Cancellations & refunds
As food is prepared fresh to order, an order usually can’t be cancelled once the kitchen has started it. If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll put it right.
7. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Please give accurate contact and delivery details so we can fulfil your order.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. See also our Privacy Policy.
